Aim
The purpose of the Faroese Employers Association for the Financial Sector is to gather companies in the financial sector to achieve common interests. The main activities are:
Wage Agreements
To negotiate wage agreements with the relevant labour unions.
Lobby
To lobby politicians and authorities so that laws and regulations serve the interests of the sector.
Representation
To represent sectors interests towards different authorities.
Education
When needed the association organizes seminars and courses with the purpose to improve qualifications and competence in the sector.
