The Faroese labour market is dedicated, well educated and flexible, both in respect to location and the various tasks. At the same time they are dutiful, loyal and always ready to improve their skills for new challenges. This enables employers to facilitate an easy transformation to other products/services and quickly adapt to the changing markets.
 

Wages are as most other issues on the labour market, negotiated directly between the Employers Association and the Labour Unions, without interference from the Government.
